Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center in Fort Wayne is seeking a qualified nurse (RN or LPN) to provide comprehensive medical care across admission, treatment and discharge in a 100-bed residential facility. You will coordinate pharmacy needs, dispense medications, and document care while collaborating with clinical teams.

The role requires licensure in-state or compact licensure, strong communication skills, and compassionate, multitasking patient care.

What You'll Do
