• Manage influx of new clients and program size.

Essential Functions:

• Respond to all referrals from the CCS Case Work Team.


• Refer clients that do not meet criteria for LSSI services to care coordination for evaluation and lineage to additional resources.


• Verify benefits and match insurance coverage to the appropriate service or provider.


• Maintain knowledge of LSSI programs and alternative community resources.


• Manage influx of new clients and program size.


• Schedule intakes and referral assignments with appropriate counselor.


• Utilize Electronic Health Record and client tracking systems.


• Demonstrate professional, positive behavior and carry out responsibilities with integrity, treating clients, families, other LSSI workforce members, and collaborative organizations and/or individual in a dignified, respectful, honest and fair manner.

Position Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in counseling, social work or related human service field required.

• Demonstrated proficiency using electronic health record and client tracking systems preferred.


• Experience with intake assessment and scheduling client appointments preferred.


• Demonstrated ability to communicate in a clear, comprehensible manner, both verbally and in writing.
