A nonprofit organization in Camden, NJ seeks an individual to work with special needs clients. Responsibilities include facilitating orientation and life skills sessions, conducting intakes, and assisting Case Managers with documentation. Applicants must have a High School diploma or equivalent, with one year of experience in a Human Services field preferred. Valid Driver's License required. Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience in Human Services related field.
• Preferably one year experience with Volunteers of America.
• Transferable experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Conduct intakes and facilitate orientation and life skills sessions.
• Schedule medical appointments for clients as needed.
• Assist Case Managers with documentation and reporting.
