Qualifications
Experience as an Office Coordinator in a Homecare office.
Must have PA Enrollment Broker Experience (Maximus).
Familiarity with standard office equipment like printers and fax machines.
Responsibilities
Develop, update, and maintain relevant office procedures.
Create and maintain an organized filing system.
Greet and assist clients as they arrive.
Answer incoming phone calls and route them appropriately.
Create schedules for employees and maintain a calendar.
Write emails, memos, and letters.
Create care plans for participants.
