Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Care, Business or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum two years in a business, operational or customer service role in healthcare.
• Ability to understand medical terminology and navigate information systems.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and process referrals based on admission criteria.
• Collect demographic and medical information and document in intake platforms.
• Foster collaboration between VNS Health, facilities, clinicians and care teams.
• Provide accurate intake handoffs and ensure customer satisfaction.
