Job summary

Wilshire Law Firm in Irvine, CA is seeking an Intake Attorney to engage and sign clients across wrongful death, TBI, catastrophic injury, workplace retaliation, unpaid wages, and wrongful termination.

You will determine case viability, communicate clearly with clients, and travel to meet signatories while guiding them through the intake process. The role emphasizes closing skills, empathy, and strong knowledge of PI and employment law.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in California and in good standing.
• Minimum two years in plaintiff-side personal injury or employment.
• Willingness to sign clients, close cases and travel as needed.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate viability of potential cases.
• Sell the Firm’s strengths and manage client expectations to sign.
• Interact with clients and address concerns, including nights and weekends.
• Travel to meet and sign clients.
• Guide potential clients through the intake process step-by-step.
