Job summary

Cruitin, LLC. is seeking a Litigation Attorney for our Irvine office to own serious-injury cases from depositions through trial, working with a collaborative, trial-focused team in a full-time, in-office position.

You will draft complaints and discovery on plaintiff-side matters, handle law and motion, take and defend depositions, and work with medical and other experts to build case theories and damages. A California bar license and 2–3 years of civil litigation experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active license in good standing with the State Bar of California.
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• 2-3 years of civil litigation experience (plaintiff-side preferred; relevant defense experience considered).
• Hands-on experience taking and defending depositions.
• Law and motion experience in California state court (federal court a plus).
• Comfortable working with medical records; strong legal writing and oral advocacy.
• Nice to have: serious-injury, wrongful death or TBI case experience, and first- or second-chair trial experience.

Responsibilities

• $150,000+ per year, depending on experience
