• Experience with auto, trucking, premises liability and related PI matters.

Responsibilities

• Download and save documents to the database.
• Maintain the attorney calendar.
• Draft pleading shells and related documents.
• Communicate with courts and court personnel.
• Assist with e-filing (state and federal).
