In this rewarding role as an Intake and Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for performing all tasks and communication related to the intake of patient information concerning the service of durable medical equipment and respiratory products and supplies with patients/clients, healthcare practitioners, and referral sources as it relates to patient services and third-party reimbursement. Your strong assessment skills, attention to detail, and your ability to communicate effectively will be essential to this role. You will work in a fast-paced environment with a collaborative team.
