Qualifications

  • Thorough knowledge of advising and counseling techniques.

  • Ability to interpret campus policies and advise on student conduct and disputes.
  • Experience in managing student programs and event planning.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive undergraduate advising and counseling to Economics majors.
  • Advise on degree requirements, policies, and progression; identify and intervene with at-risk students.
  • Plan and implement high-visibility student events and workshops.
  • Support/advise committees and department leadership on program administration and policy implementation.
  • Contribute to curriculum planning and collaboration with faculty and staff.
