You will serve as the primary contact for prospective residents, families, referral sources, and internal staff, ensuring smooth admissions and collaboration with clinical and administrative teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social sciences/related field OR 2+ years admissions/healthcare experience.
• Familiarity with applicable state and federal regulations and licensing requirements.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face intake assessments and complete the intake process.
• Notify parties regarding scheduled admissions with Intake Assistant.
• Advise families on the intake process and provide admission information.
• Serve as liaison between therapists, residents, families, and staff for intake/discharge requirements.
• Maintain logs, records, and documentation related to admissions and intakes.
