Job summary

Good Shepherd Community Care is hiring an Intake Associate to join the intake team in Newton, MA. The role focuses on administrative support, document tracking, and processing admission paperwork, with follow-up to clinicians for missing items. Monday–Friday, 9 am–5 pm, 40 hours weekly.

The ideal candidate has a college degree or equivalent experience, strong organization, attention to detail, and proficiency with Google Suite. Competitive benefits are included with full-time employment.

Responsibilities

• Participates as a member of the Intake team and provides administrative support.
• Tracks the Virtual Document Bin, scans the folder drive, and processes paperwork.
• Tracks, reviews, and processes admission paperwork including follow-up with clinicians for missing items.
