Job summary

Good Shepherd Community Care is hiring an Intake Associate to join the intake team in Newton, MA. The role focuses on administrative support, document tracking, and processing admission paperwork, with follow-up to clinicians for missing items. Monday–Friday, 9 am–5 pm, 40 hours weekly.

The ideal candidate has a college degree or equivalent experience, strong organization, attention to detail, and proficiency with Google Suite. Competitive benefits are included with full-time employment.

The Candidate is detail-oriented and can analyze documents with a critical eye. Adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously and flexible to assume new ones as they arise.Job Responsibilities:Our Intake Associate participates as a member of the Intake team and provides top level and detailed administrative support. They track the Virtual Document Bin, scan the folder drive, and process paperwork appropriately.
