Job summary

ClearConnect Solutions, an Acrisure company, seeks a Product Owner / Project Manager to bridge business strategy and agile execution. You will own the product lifecycle for data and risk-management platforms, lead agile ceremonies, and partner with engineering, QA, and stakeholders to deliver scalable features for fleet and insurance sectors.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Technical Project Manager, or Scrum Master in an Agile software development environment.
Strong familiarity with software development life cycles (SDLC), API integrations, and data-heavy platforms.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
Analytical mindset and comfort working with complex data systems, risk models, and compliance workflows to define logical product solutions.
Proficiency with agile project management and documentation tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

Backlog Management: Own, prioritize, and groom the product backlog, ensuring user stories align with strategic goals and roadmaps.
Requirements Gathering: Translate complex data workflows into clear, actionable technical requirements with stakeholders.
User Story Creation: Write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications for developers and QA.
Product Roadmap Support: Help define release scopes, track milestones, and align releases with growth objectives.
Scrum Ceremonies: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Sprint Execution & Delivery: Manage velocity, remove blockers, and ensure high-quality code delivery on schedule.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicate between technical teams and business stakeholders, manage expectations, provide status updates.
Process Improvement: Continually optimize agile workflows, tools, and documentation to boost efficiency.
