Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
• Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance License within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Support the binding process by ensuring policies are documented, issued, and maintained per guidelines.
• Enter and maintain information in underwriting systems for rating, issuance, endorsements, renewals.
• Assist with new business submissions and policy preparation under guidance of Underwriters.
• Process endorsements, policy changes, cancellations, non-renewals, and renewal notices accurately.
• Review documentation for completeness and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate between Underwriters and brokers, respond to inquiries and gather information for quotes.
