Job summary

Farmers Insurance is seeking a Director of Business Transformation to drive large-scale modernization programs, including Guidewire implementation, across Business Insurance. You will partner with senior leaders to shape strategy, manage execution, and realize measurable business value.

You will lead governance, change management, and cross-functional alignment, ensuring execution against ambitious roadmaps and executive expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; PMP is highly valued.
• Proven success leading large-scale transformation programs.
• Experience in Commercial Lines/Business Insurance is essential.
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to influence across diverse stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale transformation initiatives for Business Insurance modernization.
• Drive governance and bridge strategy to adoption across teams.
• Liaise between business and technology to align objectives and priorities.
• Collaborate with leaders across BI, Product, Underwriting, IT, Risk, Compliance, HR, Finance.
• Facilitate executive decision-making and secure necessary funding.
• Develop business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and risk assessments.
• Gather requirements and drive process improvement across the organization.
• Maintain end-to-end view of systems, processes, and dependencies.
