Job summary

Farmers Group Inc. seeks a Director of Business Transformation to lead transformation initiatives across Business Insurance, including Guidewire implementation.

The role partners with business and technology leaders to deliver measurable outcomes through strategic change, governance, and execution excellence. The position requires deep insurance operations knowledge, executive communication, and the ability to drive alignment across multiple functions while delivering value and modernization

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of insurance industry experience in Commercial Lines/Business Insurance and transformation environments.
• Strong leadership in large-scale transformation, modernization, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale transformation initiatives for Business Insurance modernization.
• Bridge strategy to adoption through governed business architecture and prioritization.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across BI, IT, Product, Underwriting, Operations, Risk and Compliance.
• Develop cost-benefit analyses, risk assessments, and execution roadmaps.
• Drive executive-level presentations and approvals for transformation initiatives.
