Job summary

EY is seeking a senior technology consultant to guide insurers through modern digital transformations across claims, underwriting, policy and billing. You’ll work with clients to translate business problems into scalable technology solutions and to design architecture, data models and integration plans.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience in insurance technology, strong Guidewire knowledge, front-end skills (JavaScript/React), and a collaborative, client‑facing mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field with relevant work experience in insurance tech.
• Experience with Guidewire and related insurance tech platforms.
• Strong front-end and integration capabilities across complex ecosystems.
• Ability to design architecture and map data across systems.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to translate business problems into technology solutions.
• Support remediation and mitigation of process risk during implementation.
• Contribute to architecture, data models and integration plans.
• Collaborate with engagement teams and client tech professionals.
