Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager to join the Business Transformation & Growth practice. You will lead complex life, annuity, and group insurance transformations, guiding strategy to implementation and adoption across multidisciplinary teams.

You will partner with client executives to translate objectives into practical roadmaps, manage governance, and drive measurable outcomes using Agile, SAFe, and DevOps practices. This role offers remote work within the US and travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 6-10+ years of relevant professional experience.
Eight or more years in consulting, insurance, financial services tech, or transformation.
At least five years in Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance.
Experience leading large-scale transformation programs with multi-vendor delivery.
Experience with policy administration platforms such as FAST, FINEOS, ALIP, or similar.

Responsibilities

Lead large-scale platform transformation programs with accountability for scope, quality, timelines, and outcomes.
Coordinate client, EY, vendor, SI, and third-party teams to maintain alignment and resolve delivery issues.
Advise senior stakeholders with clear insights and strategic delivery recommendations.
Translate objectives into roadmaps, plans, and measurable transformation outcomes.
Oversee governance, program milestones, risks, and financials across workstreams.
