Qualifications

• Previous telemarketing or sales experience in insurance preferred.
• Strong communication and persuasion abilities; proficient with CRM.
• Basic understanding of insurance products or willingness to learn.
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple leads.

Responsibilities
