You will partner with executives, delivery teams, architecture, security, and vendors to ensure initiatives are prioritized, funded, and aligned with enterprise roadmaps while balancing risk and compliance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technology-business partnership, IT relationship or project management within insurance or financial services.
• Strong understanding of insurance operations and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technology initiatives and measurable outcomes.
• Experience in complex, regulated, matrixed organizations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact for assigned insurance units on technology initiatives.
• Build trusted relationships with senior business leaders across Operations, Underwriting, Claims, Actuarial, Finance and Compliance.
• Facilitate intake, assessment and prioritization of business technology demands.
• Partner with Product, Architecture and Delivery teams to define roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Ensure initiatives comply with cybersecurity, data privacy, and regulatory standards.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and realize benefits with KPI tracking.
