Job summary

Berkley Technology Services (BTS) is seeking a Solutions Delivery Manager to act as a strategic liaison between Technology and WRB Insurance Business Units. You will translate business strategies into technology-enabled solutions, balancing governance, demand management, and delivery across multiple insurance functions.

Candidates should have 8+ years in tech-business roles, excellent communication, and a track record of delivering measurable business value in regulated environments.

Qualifications

8+ years in technology-business partnership, PMO or consulting.
Strong understanding of insurance operations and regulatory needs.
Proven ability to translate business needs into technology initiatives and measurable outcomes.
Experience in complex, matrixed organizations with stakeholder management excellence.

Responsibilities

Serve as the technology liaison for insurance operating units; align tech initiatives with business goals.
Shape and prioritize technology demands; collaborate with Product, Architecture, and Delivery teams.
Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure business readiness and value realization.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, data privacy, and security standards; participate in governance forums.
