Job summary

EY seeks a technology-enabled transformation consultant to guide insurers in implementing Guidewire and digital solutions across policy, billing, and claims. You’ll work directly with clients to translate business needs into architecture and digital delivery, while aligning requirements with rapid deployment strategies.

Role requires strong frontend skills (React/Angular, REST, HTML/CSS) and experience in enterprise data, integration, and risk remediation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology or related field, with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology or related field with 3+ years in front-end based frameworks and architecture.
Experience in Guidewire, JUTRO, REACT JS, Angular, Enterprise Webservices, OneShield, Exigen, MajescoMastek, DuckCreek, FirstBest, Business Objects, Cognos, Informatica, FIGMA.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client presentations.
Travel to client site as necessary.

Responsibilities

You’ll be responsible for working directly with clients to transform business problems into technology solutions.
The goal is to support our clients’ efforts to make their business units more effective and efficient and, where required, provide services in connection with remediation and mitigation of process risk.
Assist engagement teams through analysis of specific business requirements for alignment with quick-to-market digital solutions, architecture, and implementation plans.
Support vendor selection and technology implementation plans that enable client success.
