Job summary

Role requires collaboration with client teams, hands-on development, and delivery across project life cycles, with a focus on quality, security, and scalable architectures within a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/Tech or related field with 5+ years of IT experience in insurance tech.
• Experience with Guidewire and Guidewire Digital solutions; familiarity with architecture and integration patterns.
• Strong communication and ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Transform business problems into technology solutions in client engagements.
• Assist engagement teams with requirements analysis, architecture design, and implementation plans.
• Collaborate with client teams and third-party partners to deliver scalable insurance technology solutions.
