Job summary

EY is seeking a technology-focused consultant to help insurers transform business problems into scalable digital solutions. You will collaborate with client teams to design architecture, select vendors, and implement Guidewire-based platforms, with emphasis on front-end development and integration.

The role requires deep experience with Guidewire Digital products, modern front-end technologies (React/Angular), and strong communication skills while operating in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/Tech or related field with 5+ years’ experience in P&C insurance or consulting
• Experience with Guidewire, JUTRO, React/Angular, and enterprise web services
• Strong ability to define business/technical requirements and design architecture
• Experience delivering full lifecycle implementations and integrating systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication for client presentations

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to transform business problems into technology solutions
• Support remediation and mitigation of process risk in digital projects
• Analyze requirements for quick-to-market digital solutions, architecture, and implementation plans
• Collaborate with engagement teams and third-party partners to deliver solution implementations
