Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced technology consultant to help insurers transform their operations through Guidewire-enabled solutions and modern web architectures. You will work directly with clients to translate business problems into technical roadmaps, focusing on rapid, market-ready digital implementations.

The role requires deep knowledge of Guidewire suites, front-end development (React/Angular), RESTful integrations, and the ability to guide multi-disciplinary teams across architecture,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in CS/Engineering with 5+ years in P&C insurance or consulting.
• Experience with Guidewire products and digital solutions.
• Proficiency in front-end tech (JavaScript/HTML/CSS) and RESTful integration.
• Ability to lead architecture design and system integration projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Translate client business problems into technology solutions.
• Support remediation and risk mitigation in processes.
• Analyze requirements for alignment with digital solutions and architecture.
• Collaborate with engagement teams across diverse skills.
• Assist with vendor selection and implementation planning.
