Job summary

EY seeks an experienced technology consultant to steer insurance clients through digital transformation, focusing on Guidewire and front-end integrations. Translate business needs into architecture, data models, and implementation plans across engagements.

Role requires 5+ years in Property & Casualty insurance, strong Guidewire and frontend skills, and excellent communication. Hybrid/onsite work with travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology or a related field, with 5+ years of relevant work experience in a Property and Casualty Insurance carrier or consulting firm.
• Experience with Guidewire, JUTRO, REACT JS, Angular, Enterprise Webservices, OneShield, Exigen, MajescoMastek, DuckCreek, FirstBest, Business Objects, Cognos, Informatica, FIGMA.
• Proficiency in system selection/implementation, Guidewire Enterprise Engage and Jutro Digital Platform, requirements definition, and architecture design.
• Ability to deliver system implementation through all project lifecycle phases, guided by a proven methodology.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to transform business problems into technology solutions.
• Assist engagement teams with analysis of requirements for alignment with digital solutions, architecture, and implementation plans.
• Support remediation and mitigation of process risk and provide vendor selection guidance.
• Collaborate with client teams to ensure integration of Guidewire Digital solutions with backend systems and third-party services.
