Job summary

Trellis Technologies, Inc. is seeking a strategic, high-motivated Recruiter to scale our Insurance Agent hiring engine. You’ll manage high-volume recruiting, build evergreen funnels, and partner with hiring managers to improve processes and outcomes across insurance roles.

You’ll source candidates through multiple channels, run structured screens, and own the candidate experience at scale. This role embraces fast-paced growth, remote collaboration, and measurable impact across the talent

Qualifications

• 5+ years in recruiting, sourcing, or high-volume hiring
• Interest in recruiting licensed insurance agents
• Fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
• Strong communication and ability to build candidate rapport
• Organized and detail-oriented with high volume activity
• Curious about funnels, conversion, and process improvement
• Experience with ATS such as Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar is a plus
• Ability to learn new tools and sourcing channels quickly
• Willingness to attend recruiting events or job fairs
• Bias toward action, follow-through, and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruiting for high-volume Insurance Agency roles
• Source candidates across multiple channels (job boards, industry communities, referrals, events)
• Manage a high-volume recruiting funnel with clear follow-up and touchpoints
• Maintain and update hiring team trainings and recruiting resources
• Partner with Consumer Operations leaders to understand hiring needs and move candidates through the process
• Conduct structured, candidate-first phone screens at scale
• Track recruiting activity and funnel metrics (outreach, response rates, conversions)
• Represent the company at recruiting events, job fairs, and industry gatherings
• Test new sourcing ideas and document repeatable processes
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS
