Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Support, enhance, and optimize insurance systems, focusing on policy administration platforms.
• Develop SQL queries, reports, and data extracts to support analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, and QA for system performance.
• Troubleshoot issues and drive long-term process and technology improvements.
• Lead or participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations.
