Nationwide Technology is seeking a Systems Analyst to translate business needs into secure, scalable solutions across insurance platforms. You will work with business partners to define outcomes and guide the requirements lifecycle using facilitation and visual management techniques.

In a hybrid setup with two days in office and three days remote, you will engage executives and cross-functional teams to ensure delivery excellence and strong analytical outcomes. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate studies in computer science, MIS, or related field preferred.
• Experience applying agile methods and working with analytics tools.
• Knowledge of the insurance industry, especially Excess and Specialty lines.

Responsibilities

• Lead or partner with stakeholders to understand needs and align requirements with architecture.
• Manage complex requirements and drive business alignment through facilitation and collaboration.
• Apply secure software and systems engineering practices across delivery lifecycle.
• Support or lead the complete requirements lifecycle for complex initiatives.
• Develop and maintain detailed requirements work products and documentation.
• Drive verification and traceability of functional and non-functional requirements.
• Analyze business processes, data, and performance to support outcomes.
• Lead data-informed discovery to translate insights into recommendations.
• Communicate, negotiate, and solve problems with stakeholders and team members.
• Coach junior analysts to improve quality and consistency.
