Job summary

Piper Companies is hiring a hybrid Operations Associate in the Raleigh-Durham area. The Customer Service Representative will join a life insurance and annuities company that provides simple and secure retirement and annuity solutions.

The Operations Associate will need to sit on site in the Raleigh-Durham area 3 days a week from 9am-6pm. Responsibilities include handling client communications via multiple channels, resolving requests, explaining contract benefits, processing service requests,

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Associates Degree required.
Ability to pass call center simulation (multitasking, listening, computer use).
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
Experience working in customer service.

Responsibilities

Manage all communication with clients about claims and services via phone, email, chat, and text.
Provide quick, effective solutions to clients ensuring all requests are fully resolved.
Clearly explain contract benefits and provide clear and helpful guidance on products and packages.
Process service requests, including withdrawals, surrenders, and ownership or beneficiary changes.
Provide technical support to clients navigating portal access.
