Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Learn product, procedure, and system knowledge through training and ongoing development.
• Build rapport with customers by listening carefully, asking questions, and responding with empathy.
• Explain coverage options, policy details, and basic insurance concepts clearly and accurately.
• Assist customers with questions and concerns while working toward timely and effective resolutions.
• Identify buying signals and deliver recommendations with confidence.
• Support customer satisfaction by identifying needs and helping customers find the right solutions.
• Recognize opportunities to recommend additional products or services that may benefit the customer.
• Work with experienced team members to help resolve more complex service issues.
• Use online tools and reference materials to provide accurate, efficient support.
• Manage time effectively to meet service expectations and department goals.
• Maintain required licensing and continuing education once hired.
