Qualifications

• Must be proficient with computers and comfortable learning new systems.
• Strong note-taking and file organization skills.
• Confident speaking with customers over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Service the agency’s existing book of business.
• Answer customer questions and provide phone support.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and refer them to sales representatives.
• Maintain accurate customer notes and organized files.
• Update customer information using agency computer systems.
• Follow established processes to provide consistent customer service.
