Boston Consulting Group is seeking a Manager – BCG Vantage on the Topic Activation path within our Insurance Practice Area. You will bring deep expertise in non-life insurance to support client work, content development, and business-building initiatives.

You will mentor junior team members, lead modules across P&C, commercial insurance, and reinsurance, and contribute to intellectual property assets. This role emphasizes client engagement and strategic problem solving.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of consulting experience in P&C, commercial insurance, or reinsurance.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Familiarity with Generative AI technologies and practical applications, or willingness to develop expertise.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills for client-ready insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead modules and workstreams from problem definition to client-ready recommendations.
• Mentor junior Vantage and case-team colleagues throughout projects.
• Develop and maintain Practice Area assets, IP, and tools for scalable client impact.
