Boston Consulting Group is seeking a Manager – BCG Vantage in the Insurance Practice to lead modules in P&C and reinsurance, framing problems, guiding analyses, and translating insights into client-ready recommendations across case teams.

You will mentor junior colleagues, contribute to IP assets, and engage with clients worldwide while balancing priorities across project streams. Total compensation includes base salary, discretionary bonus up to 20%, and strong retirement and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 3+ years of consulting in P&C, commercial insurance, or reinsurance.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead modules and workstreams in P&C, commercial insurance, and reinsurance.
• Frame problems and guide complex analyses for client-specific contexts.
• Develop and maintain Practice Area assets and IP.
• Mentor junior Vantage and case-team colleagues.
• Manage priorities across client and internal work with high quality.
