Job summary

Boston Consulting Group seeks a Senior Manager – BCG Vantage on the Topic Activation path within the Insurance Practice Area. You will grow and deploy a team of sector experts to support case work, content development and business build initiatives, and lead execution of IP projects with high client impact.

This role requires 5+ years in P&C/insurance consulting or equivalent industry experience, fluency in English, and familiarity with Generative AI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years consulting experience in P&C, commercial insurance or reinsurance.
• In lieu of consulting experience, 7+ years minimum industry experience; 10–12+ years preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree required (advanced degree preferred).
• Deep expertise in P&C, commercial insurance or reinsurance.
• Fluency in English.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills for global collaboration.
• Familiarity with Generative AI technologies or willingness to develop.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of sector/topic experts to support case work and content development.
• Drive IP/content agenda and lead execution of IP projects with demonstrated value.
• Engage with case teams and clients based on individual expertise to deliver impact.
• Collaborate with global topic leads to leverage internal capabilities for clients.
