Job summary

Boston Consulting Group seeks a Senior Manager – BCG Vantage on our Topic Activation path within the Insurance Practice Area. You will grow and deploy a team of sector experts to support case work, content development and business build initiatives, driving the IP/content agenda with leadership and impact.

You will engage with case teams and clients, delivering differentiated value and leveraging proprietary assets and tools to reshape the insurance landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years consulting experience in P&C, commercial insurance or reinsurance; candidates with consulting experience preferred.
• In lieu of consulting experience, 7+ years minimum industry experience; 10-12+ years strongly preferred.
• Deep expertise in P&C, commercial insurance or reinsurance.
• Fluency in English; outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead problem solving and solutioning for clients; drive pragmatic solutions.
• Lead development and commercialization of knowledge/assets (tools, materials) in US P&C, commercial insurance and reinsurance.
• Engage with senior stakeholders; demonstrate expert presence and credibility.
• Lead projects; mobilize team to deliver on business priorities and impact.
• Coach and mentor team members to achieve goals efficiently.
