Job summary

Boston Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Manager – BCG Vantage on our Topic Activation path within the Insurance Practice Area to drive client and commercial priorities for the non-life insurance sector. You will grow and deploy a team of sector experts to support case work, content development and business build initiatives.

You will drive the IP/content agenda, with support from the team, and lead execution of IP projects while being responsible for the team’s performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years consulting experience in P&C, commercial insurance or reinsurance.
• 7+ years minimum industry experience if no consulting; 10-12+ years strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred).
• Deep expertise in P&C, commercial insurance or reinsurance.
• Fluency in English.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with stakeholders in a global, collaborative team.
• Familiarity with Generative AI technologies or willingness to develop expertise.
