Freeway Insurance in St. Petersburg, FL is seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Store Manager to lead our local team and accelerate growth. You will drive sales, coach agents, and ensure high customer service standards in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers a base pay of 18–21 USD per hour plus uncapped commissions, renewal commissions, and monthly bonuses, along with a comprehensive benefits package and 401K match.

Qualifications

• 2- or 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience leading, coaching, and mentoring sales teams.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team’s daily performance and/or targets.
• Expand business by proactively building relationships with existing customers to meet production goals.
• Coach sales team to deliver superior customer care.
• Oversee sales targets and monitor performance.
• Assist with escalated customer service issues.
• Execute Store Operational Excellence (SOE).
