Strong leadership with integrity and excellent communication are essential; bilingual English/Spanish and a 2- or 4-year degree (or equivalent) are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2- or 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team’s daily performance and targets.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers to meet production and active customer goals.
• Coach sales team members to deliver high-quality customer care.
• Oversee sales team to achieve operational targets and monitor performance.
• Handle escalated customer service issues or questions.
• Execute all aspects of Store Operational Excellence (SOE).
