Freeway Insurance Services America, LLC is seeking an Insurance Agent (Sales, Customer Service) dedicated to growing our nonstandard auto insurance business and cross-selling homeowners and health products. The role offers inbound leads, walk-in traffic, paid training, licensing support, and a strong commission structure.

You will build lasting client relationships, manage accurate records, and work toward ambitious sales goals within a supportive, benefits-rich environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus.
• Sales or customer service experience is required.
• Must be able to build lasting customer relationships and earn trust.
• Strong follow-up, organization and multi-tasking are essential.
• Willingness to obtain necessary licenses and training is supported by the employer.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by soliciting new business and maintaining relationships to meet sales goals.
• Build relationships with customers and expand offerings (auto, homeowners, health).
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and deposits in the agency system.
• Establish rapport with clients and provide guidance to select suitable insurance products.
