Job summary

Ideal candidates will hold P&C and L&H licenses with 3+ years of insurance sales, plus leadership or training experience. Proficiency with Applied EPIC is preferred, and relocation support may be available.

Qualifications

Seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead an insurance office and support continued business growth. This role is responsible for training and developing producers, managing client accounts, generating new business, and helping drive overall office performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health (L&H) insurance sales, along with demonstrated leadership and business development experience. This is an in-office position, and relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $75,000 - $100,000, depending on experience, with flexibility for highly qualified candidates.
