BRANDT RAMSEY & ASSOCIATES LLC is seeking a motivated Insurance Producer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of insurance sales experience, a proven ability to generate new business, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

This position focuses on building lasting client relationships while meeting sales and retention goals. You will conduct needs-based consultations, prepare quotes, present options, and close sales, all while maintaining

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Insurance Producer or Insurance Sales Agent.
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) preferred.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and agency management/CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and lead follow-up.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
