Trustomega is seeking an Insurance Producer to drive new business and manage client relationships across California. You will assess client needs, present tailored insurance solutions, and collaborate with underwriters to ensure accurate policy issuance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in insurance sales, financial services, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of property, casualty, life, and health insurance products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Valid insurance license in the relevant state (or willingness to obtain one).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
