Geotab is seeking a Head of Rental & Leasing to own end-to-end commercial success across Car, Truck, and Equipment Rental segments. You will shape product strategy, package Geotab solutions for distinct customers, and drive go-to-market execution through partner channels.

This role leads a cross-functional team and partners with Sales, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Enablement to expand market share, pipeline, and revenue, while driving annual planning and performance tracking.

Competenze

• 10+ years in product or go-to-market roles in rental/fleet or commercial vehicle industries.
• 5+ years of leadership, with experience guiding product development teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business/engineering; fleet management or automotive context is a plus.

Mansioni

• Define and execute product, go-to-market, and commercial strategy for Geotab's Rental & Leasing.
• Develop roadmap, and make build, buy, and partner decisions to grow market share and revenue.
• Lead annual planning, budgeting, OKRs, and cross-functional collaboration across teams.
• Serve as segment voice within Geotab's global product organization and align with stakeholder needs.
• Coach and mentor a cross-functional team of product managers, developers, and designers.
