Voya Financial, Inc. is seeking an Insurance Solutions Associate Client Advisor to support asset management sales across Fixed Income, Alternatives and Equities. You will work with investment, client service, marketing, and operations teams to drive growth for insurance clients.

The role emphasizes client research, internal collaboration, and knowledge-building about Voya's offerings. Location flexibility includes remote work with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in asset management, preferably for insurance or institutional clients.
• Demonstrated ability to learn complex investment concepts.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Strong project management, planning and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing and distribution of Fixed Income Solutions, Alternatives and Equities.
• Collaborate with Sales to expand existing client relationships and bring in new sales.
• Conduct client, industry, and market research.
• Develop a deep understanding of Voya's offerings and how they solve client problems.
