Voya Financial is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Insurance Portfolio Manager to support the construction, oversight, and day-to-day management of customized insurance company portfolios. You will translate client objectives and regulatory considerations into portfolio decisions across public and private fixed income markets under senior guidance.

The role is designed for a developing portfolio manager with a solid fixed income foundation and growing understanding of insurance investment

Qualifications

• Solid foundation in public and private fixed income markets.
• Knowledge of NAIC RBC, SAP, GAAP accounting concepts.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to evaluate risk and return.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement, and manage multi-sector fixed income portfolios for insurance clients, aligned with liabilities and risk tolerances.
• Translate investment guidelines and regulatory constraints into portfolio construction inputs.
• Execute portfolio rebalancing, cash deployment, turnover management, and trade execution with senior PMs.
• Perform relative value analysis across public and private fixed income asset classes.
