Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Insurance Servicing Specialist to manage the servicing mailbox, handle inquiries from clients, agents, and internal partners, and ensure timely, accurate processing.

You will research records, coordinate actions, and perform proactive outreach to obtain documentation and close open items. You will help strengthen service quality by maintaining audit-ready documentation, tracking exceptions, and escalating time-sensitive risks, while contributing to process

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance servicing or loan servicing with insurance.
• Ability to manage high-volume inbox and prioritize to resolution.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and partners.
• Ability to maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation.
• Skilled in following up and aging items to closure.
• Capable to work quickly and accurately in a deadline-driven environment.
• Customer-focused with proactive outreach to close items.
• Collaborates effectively across teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for insurance servicing mailbox requests and inquiries.
• Own queue items and prioritize by risk, aging, and impact; document outcomes.
• Proactive outreach to clients/agents to obtain documentation and confirm coverage.
• Research and resolve routine to complex servicing requests; route when needed.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to investigate, resolve, and close exceptions.
• Track outstanding items; maintain audit-ready records.
• Review and manage exception and aging reports; escalate risks.
• Support special projects like process improvements and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to shorten turnaround and strengthen controls.
• Perform quality control on processes and documentation.
• Support non-flood servicing and flood-related items as needed.
