Job summary

Wang Agency-Farmers Insurance in San Antonio is seeking an Insurance Service Specialist to join our team. You will be a key contact for existing customers, answering questions, assisting with policy and account needs, and ensuring a positive service experience.

The ideal candidate has customer service or office experience and strong communication. Insurance experience is a plus but not required; training is provided. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
