Graddy Insurance Group is hiring a Service and Sales Specialist in Florida to handle policy changes, billing questions and claims support by phone, text and email. You will identify opportunities to upsell home, auto, boats, and life products on each call, while encouraging happy customers to leave referrals and reviews.

• Active Florida 2-20 or 4-40 insurance license (or willingness to obtain after hire).
• At least 1 year of customer-facing experience (insurance or sales a plus).
• Ability to upsell and cross-sell on calls.
• Comfort with phones, computers and learning new systems.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Help customers with policy changes, billing and claim questions by phone, text and email
• Turn service calls into sales opportunities: ask about home, auto, boats, golf carts, motorcycles, umbrella, renters, and life on every call.
• Ask happy customers for Google reviews and referrals
• Use AI assistants to find answers fast and practice customer conversations
• Book policy reviews and life insurance appointments for our Account Managers and Financial Specialist.
• Help with social media posts about our team, products and community
• Work with our Service team to make sure our customers stay happy with our agency.

Requirements

• You must have an active Florida 2-20 or 4-40 insurance license, or willing to get licensed after hire
